Your ushers need better information on accessibility and accomodations in the coliseum. I just had to talk to 3 ushers, both information desks, the tech table, and the bishops secretary in order to find and check out an assisted listening device. (1/2)

And I was confused and saddened, despite understanding the reasonings at the time

When I used to be a part of the youth delegation, not to to long ago, finding other youth and young adults who were there on the week days of ac was hard and often limited to the other pks. As the dates get earlier in the month, these numbers will fall.
