Questions:
Did they have to die?
Did their warning cries need to be miked to know something wasn’t right?
Gambling with lives is… more than dicey

Zaha Indimuli: The justice system is failing, Interior ministry is failing, the police are failing, the entire Cabinet is failing.
If we cannot live in a country where kids can play outside, where mothers can have a break on Sunday and not have to worry that their kids can disappear, where women can go to work and not have to look at their backs 24/7.

Fixing roads for smooth hearse rides to gravesites for the jobless who die of hunger? To morgues for those unable to get medical aid? Impress foreign presidents? Campaign trails? Are we ready to talk austerity, or are the choppers already airborne? What would it take to suspend some mega projects for Kenyans to live?
The sharp increase in fuel prices around the world has resulted from the US/ Israel and Iran War which has led to escalation of fuel costs, freight, insurance and logistics.
The Government is committed to cushioning the people of Kenya by mitigating the effects of this crisis.
VAT has been reduced from 16%, 12 billion shillings has already been used to subsidize fuel prices in the last two months and more subsidies will be applied for future stocks until the situation levels out.
Effective today, the price of diesel has been reduced by 10 shillings per litre as a sign of Government commitment to continuous engagement with stakeholders to achieve a sustainable management of the global fuel price spike.
The remaining portion of tax is essential for the construction of our road infrastructure and the maintenance of the roads to support the economy, and the right balances must be maintained to ensure that as we sort out the fuel price issue, we do not disrupt the funding for other equally important sectors like education and social services.
The use of violence, brazen armed robberies, arson and destruction of public and private property by criminal groups threatens our national interests and jeopardizes the future of our nation. Any person sympathetic to criminal activity and terror on citizens doesn’t deserve the privilege of leading at any level or in part of our country.

Good cops, bad cop, and more than one corpse
Does that crude officer take some pauses?
To think of the damage their trigger poses?
When a cop causes the innocent to become corpses?

So, if you got at D+ or lower in KCSE, you’re an adult idler, ‘mhesh’, here, says. Yes, let’s inspire our youth, sio? Oh, save for 2025, since 2016, MAJORITY of the candidates (over 50%) got D+ & below, in Atandi terms, qualified “adult idlers”. A nation of adult idlers! 🙌🏾 😒
It’s 2026. And we’ve got plenty, plenty to fix
Let’s not bury real issues in useless online brawls
Get petty, damage others using online trolls
Hoping everyone falls for your false calls

These TRIBAL EVANGELISTS 🤮 I listen to politicians saying how “our community will do X or wants Y, will vote for Z” and I 🤢.
In the case of the community I belong to, considering they speak like we are all in agreement:
When did I tell them that? Who are they to decide/speak for me? Who said my thinking is degenerated to being tribal, blindly regional, or driven by similar shallow shenanigans?
I’m pretty sure I’m not on my own.
Yes, I am cognizant of the fact that regions have their unique needs and dynamics, but we shouldn’t conflate that with being tribal - these are different.
Anyway, wanasiasa know they need those definitions, mindsets and thinking for them to survive.
They are bastardising the beauty of tribes, ethnicity and the art of variety for their own benefit.
I know, guys will say “That’s how Kenya is, kubali tu” or “Hiyo ndio reality ya siasa za Kenya”, “Be realistic”, etc. But, must it be so? Must it?
I mean, when GenZs led guys to the streets, when many Kenyans were united in mind and heart, these tribal evangelists were silent because the vibe was not about tribe, it was about humanity - which was foreign to them - they didn’t know how to contribute to the discourse, until later when they began the journey of retrogression and regression.
Well, preach “Issue-based” then drink “toxic tribe”.
