$BUIDL is still one of the most overlooked in this area:
Protocols building around Pumpfun are likely to benefit most from its token launch, whether via direct allocation or narrative spillover. That makes @devfun the clearest pick, with 21,000+ apps built on top of it.

But Devfun has no token. So if attention or value flows their way, the market will naturally turn to the closest aligned project with a token.
