To the men who feel hurt by the way some women are talking about men, please hear us out. 🫂

We understand that being blamed for the actions of others is unfair. Not every man is a criminal, not every man is a misogynist, and we are genuinely sorry to the men who felt personally attacked. Our fight was never meant to make you feel guilty for something you haven't done. 🤍

But please understand why women are so angry. We are exhausted. Exhausted from adjusting our lives around men's actions. Tired of being told to come home early, dress differently, avoid certain places, and take responsibility for crimes committed against us.

Do you know how painful it is to want something as simple as walking freely at night and still feel afraid? To call your parents just to tell them you have reached home safely? To see your family worry every time you step outside? 💔

We don't hate men. We hate living in fear. We hate that our freedom comes with conditions, that our safety depends on how careful we are, and that even after everything, we are asked to adjust a little more.

When women say they don't feel safe, they are not saying every man is dangerous. They are saying we cannot always know who is safe, and the consequences of being wrong can change our lives forever.

And to the women expressing their anger, our pain is real, but let's not turn it against every man. There are men who respect us, support us, and stand beside us. They deserve to be heard and valued, too. 🫶

To the men who feel hurt, please don't let that hurt make you turn away from ours. We don't need you to defend yourself against every accusation. We need you to understand why women are still fighting for freedom that should have been theirs all along.

We don't want men to lose their freedom. We don't want a gender war. We want to walk freely, travel alone, sit in a park, wear what we like, and come home safely. We want our daughters to grow up without fear and our sons to grow up understanding that equality does not threaten their freedom. 🌸

We are sorry to every man who felt unfairly blamed. But please, don't mistake our anger for hatred. Sometimes, people who have been unheard for too long don't know how to express their pain without hurting others.

A woman's freedom is not a man's loss. Her safety is not a privilege. Equality is not a competition. ✊

Let's stop making this men versus women. The fight should be against patriarchy, misogyny, and every system that makes women pay for the actions of others.

To every man who stands with us, we see you, we value you, and we need you. And to every woman raising her voice, your freedom matters. ❤️

We don't want a world where women fear men. We want a world where women don't have to.

We are not asking men to fight against men. We are asking them to stand beside us, so that one day, no woman has to fight for the simple right to feel safe. 🫂
