The Labour run council has gone to the High Court to ban people putting the Union flag and St Georges Cross on lamp posts

8 named activists plus anyone else who joins in could be jailed if they ignore the injunction

The same council lit up the Library of Birmingham in the colours of the Pakistani flag for Independence Day

Campaigners say they are showing national pride while the council calls the flag raising thuggish and intimidating

Reform councillor Jex Parkin said if flying Britains own flags is now treated as a crime the country has a much deeper problem

The injunction targets the Raise the Colours campaign putting the Union Jack and St Georges Cross on lamp posts and roundabouts.

I’m not sure the Govt fully understand.

Celebrating a reintroduction of .32cent/per litre of carbon taxes on diesel prices that are now back touching €2, during the depths of winter is not the flex they seem to think it is.

Keeping in mind that the majority of these carbon taxes are paid to the SEAI, which is the fastest growing QUANGO in the State.

SEAI’s entire purpose is to dish out billions in grants to retrofit homes.

Last month, the ESRI issued a damning report on this entire scheme.

Saying it directly contributes to the housing crisis, is too expensive and nobody wants it.

Not to mention that diesel at €2.32 will kill small businesses, re-ignite national fury, and bring the country to stand still.

…but Fine Gael are celebrating this?? 👍
