@goibibo @keralatourism — I booked Riverok Villas, Athirappilly (Booking ID GH71019254339416) for 23–24 Oct 2025. Hotel refused entry, was abusive, and cut calls when GoIbibo tried to reach them. Paid ₹6,333 but trip shows “Completed.” Only tickets, no solution.
