2 months sticking to the plan I grew my squat 30lbs more than I did before. Thankyou coach for making this possible blood sweat and tears 110% efforts everyday
What iv learned from my prep.
- 1.) Socializing , Majority of the time is spent in the gym and eating, most of the times my friends would want to go out and eat and I have to say no because keeping my nutrition on point is a big factor for lifting better and heavier. Or I mention healthier food which most of tje times they are not down.
- 2.) Ego lifting, I used to lift and push my body to do heavy weights and because I thought it looked cool. This one is definitely set me back into reality because many days spent into the gym I would attempt prs. While doing this prep, learning to lift heavy but pushing till failure is what snapped me out of my egotistical mindset. I was starting to get scared of me failing but understood that failure is the key to growth.
-3) Unmotivated, this one I felt a lot more when I starting my new plan with my coach, I had multiple days where I would push myself 100% and wouldnโt hit the # I wanted to in my lifts. Because physically and mentally my body was tired of beating myself every day at the gym I felt like my lifts had gotten weaker at one point but then realized when I reflected that I was actually getting stronger in different ways mentally I was getting stronger and physically.
