@Safaricom_Care I have made a request to my email for my MPESA statement for the period 20th Aug-11th Sept 2025. I have received the statement but not the 6 digit code supposed to be sent to my number, which should be the password for the PDF. Where do I get this password?

@Safaricom_Care I raised same issue on April. Your response did not answer why do you claim for security purpose the CVV is only valid for 30mins yet ypur MPESA allows merchants like @NetflixKE to use an INVALID CVV and auto-deduct?This means any merchant can still use all previous INVALID CVV!

@Safaricom_Care i bought new SIM from the Moi Avenue Customer Care shop. It's active. Bought Airtime and even data. But the Saf SIM Toolkit disappeared. Note that I have used a saf line on this device before. How do I restore the tool kit?It is not listed anywhere on device
