Wagestream just got even better. We've acquired the pensions company Zippen.
This exciting move will continue to support our mission of improving the financial wellbeing of every worker.
Full details of the acquisition can be found here. https://t.co/o2mP4xdRwn
And, socials person, before you post and tell us to get in touch with your support department: _we did_. This is the result.
If you can guarantee me that you'll reinstate the service and cancel the charge, we'll be in touch. Otherwise, we'll find someone who values our custom.
Hey @honestburgers... Please _please_ get off @UberEats and on to a platform that does you justice. Love your food but cannot stomach another late/cancelled order. (How hard can it be to find a driver for a <2 mile delivery on a Wednesday night after 90 mins?!)

So, I guess we don't use Uber for cars _or_ food now. 🤷
I heartily encourage you all to do the same. They treat their customers like fodder and the only way to change that is to change where you spend your money.
@UbberrEatss Absolute gobshites, we're now being chased by this (apparently non genuine) @UberEats account trying to get our information.
Absolute trash heap @X has become, and it looks like @UberEats just lost a customer.

@UbberrEatss If you completely fail to deliver the service that you were paid for: apologise, own up, and _do something meaningful_ about it.
I get it: we're the cattle. One of millions, and you really don't care how cold our food is as long as you've got your cut. But try not to remind us.
@UbberrEatss We're already talking to _Uber_ support about the refund (how you dare try to charge us for failing to deliver any service at all, I fail to understand); this post was in the hope that @honestburgers might consider moving to a delivery service that doesnt repeatedly let us down.
@UbberrEatss Two drivers cancelled, after the food sat for 45 minutes waiting the restaurant said they'd have to remake it anyway, and there was still no driver assigned, so we cancelled the order.
Fining homeless people up to £2,500 for having nowhere to live because they have no way to support themselves just seems to be, oh I don’t know... FUCKING INSANE.
_I paid_ for version 2. Don't make the software I already paid for unavoidably harder to use. The hard sell has precisely the opposite effect to the one you're aiming for.
I have been _so impressed_ with this app/company for years, and now could not drop it fast enough.
When I open Mailvird, v2, as I do every day: that's my gripe.
Putting an unskippable, 4-page, app-blocking popup, seemingly on startup _every day_, which in turn forcibly opens a web-page to upsell V3: that's a gripe.
