Two articles that blipped my radar today about the role #packaging has in #sustainablefood.

There's a big discussion (and lots of research?) to be had of balancing act of reducing the GHG emissions with not packaging vs. the increase in food waste when food spoils faster. (1/4)

- and likely drive up the prices of foods using this packaging. Let's not forget that we have a food poverty crisis (4/4)

@idanolide I have now seen this after replying to you 😅 but also if you ever send your work over email, you need to convert all the citations to 'static text' before sending or else your supervisor will just get the code as you had the problem with! (or send as a PDF for foolproof)
