@AdamCatterall Neither fighter are the people’s champion, if they’d come out from the start with a bit more respect instead of the hype gravy train to ham up the fight then maybe it would have been better. Whilst it was an entertaining fight it wasn’t elite boxing by any stretch
@Pipp41029050 on how relaxed you are before. Another recommendation is to try and meditate before hand although I’ve never done this. My wife only tried it once. Happy to answer questions 🙂
@Pipp41029050 The way I’ve “sank” into it was different. Some times easier than others. The experiences have been a bit different too, sometimes I get the sensation of colours and patterns more than others. Sometimes I’m not sure if I’m awake or asleep. I think you’re right, it’s depends
@Pipp41029050 and stay still. That’s the best way to drift into it. I’ve been several times and have found each time deeply rewarding but very different.
@Pipp41029050 Yes I enjoyed it straight away. I’ve sat in the lounge after and heard people who didn’t particularly enjoy it. My wife didn’t dislike it but equally didn’t particularly enjoy it. Generally the advice is to not expect too much, be patient, focus on relaxing, breathe deeply
