@TomBrady Not even close to the 28-3 comeback …… no1 ranked team in the world having to comeback against the 24th best in the world ….. shouldn’t have even allowed themselves to be put in that position!!!
@laflammerouge16 It’s an unfortunate racing incident. People seem to have short memories, didn’t Philipsen pull a silly manoeuvre on the first stage of tour of Belgium the other week? And some how managed to keep his bike upright, was lucky not to hit anyone ,no different to what happened today.
@BenjiNaesen For the entire team not to wait for her it’s either bad team management or Demi has alienated herself in that team at some point and this is the consequence of those actions.
@BenjiNaesen Don’t get why matthews is even challenging in the sprint , he of all people knows what battle is going on for green ….. Matthews this morning was ranked 42nd in the competition, what does he want a top 30 🤷♂️
@BenjiNaesen WVA biggest issue compared to MVDP is the fact he has to spend half his season riding in the service of others. Being a good teammate is not something I’m knocking but that energy expenditure has to catch up at some point when the margins between the pair are so fine.
SB R5 Winner @DanRVV2006 Really pleased to take win, brutal outleg into wind for solid 9 miles savoured sensation of return tailwind. 1s between 2020 ride and this years, can’t complain at consistency. Good friendly event as always, there’s worse ways to spend a Wednesday evening
FH R3 3rd @DanRVV2006 Happy to be back in the racing fold after health problems kept me out of most of last season, so I’m pleased to take 3rd. Thank you to Velotik and all the marshals for the event, and as always the post race cake was very welcome.
@BriSmithy @robhatchtv by moving the km the time is taken from, all your doing is kicking the bucket down the road. Where does it stop?Neutralise the entire stage, have a club run and a sprint for a town sign on the widest straightest road? Hand yellow jersey out on a raffle basis
@BriSmithy @robhatchtv The same riders are quite happy to rip down the tight roads of roubaix/ronde etc? And none of the roads yesterday were as bad as them (surface or width). Plus of the 4 crashes 3 of them were self inflicted (G, Ewan , Roglic (pushed on a wide road))
25 Champ Gold @DanRVV2006 Knew had to produce good ride to win as competition been close in all preceding events. Got out to the turn well and then spent 12 miles hanging on on way back. Really happy to walk away with win in this event & hopefully can carry momentum to next one.
SB R5 Winner @DanRVV2006 Always hard to judge this sort of distance especially on a double header race weekend, so I’m pleased to come away with the win with @BedfordHenri pushing me close. Cheers to the organisers and helpers again for making the event possible.
SB R3 Runner-up @DanRVV2006 Didn’t know bigger prize, winning event or racing back to HQ to avoid storm! Missed out on win by narrowest of margins, but avoided rain so half a win in my books. Happy to be back racing & in close competition, keeps interesting for shortened season.
Shropshire Championship 10 Silver @DanRVV2006 Feels good to be back racing, nice to catch up with everyone & in good spirits. Happy to come away with medal & good result in strong field. Credit @TheNovaraiders@shropshirecca for putting on events could easily ended with no racing
SB R17 Winner/Gold @DanRVV2006 With title on line knew had to turn good performance to win & responded well to pressure in probably my best TT performance this year. Pleased to take title after solid campaign in SB Series. Another series that is credit to Shropshire TT Community.
SB R14 CR @DanRVV2006 So much variation you can’t not enjoy it, does throw some surprises just to check you're paying attention. Riding TT bike turned into white knuckle ride but all adds to fun. Never expected course record so to come away with that makes the win even sweeter.
