Coming in as a senior transfer, I knew there’d be challenges, but nothing prepared me for the wait. Watching from the sideline, knowing what I was capable of but not being able to show messed with me. Every day felt like time slipping away.

Doubt crept in, but so did determination. I got my chance, and I made sure there was no reason to take it away. From mid-January on, I wasn’t just playing, I was living every moment. This season became the best basketball I’ve ever played, not just because of how I played, but because of who I played with.

We didn’t finish how we wanted, but this season gave me more than I expected. Struggle, growth, and a family I never knew I needed. To my teammates and my coaches, thank you.
