The wisdom of God may hide power in weakness, strength in frailty and greatness in insignificance.

However, when dealing with divine realities, what you see and experience on the outside should not define what is on the inside.

God has labelled what is in you and invisible to the human eye as treasure. By that description alone, He attached immeasurable value to its content.

The question to you is, “Do you know who you are? Have you understood what God deposited and sealed in you?” When you sing, ‘Same power that conquered the grave lives in me’, have you meditated on the potency of this confession or are they simply good lyrics?

Today, I urge you to LOOK WITHIN and understand who is in you. Think about this truth and digest its possibilities.

Regardless of what is around you, set your eyes on the treasure. It may not be obvious because it is shrouded in what you call personal weaknesses and failures. But it is present.

As you do so, the latent power of your spirit shall become a reality. You will be continuously awakened to your true self. God is in you. You will not merely find your identity in Him but find Him your identity.

Here’s the devotional for today.

A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished. ~Proverbs 22:3 (KJV)

HOW TO FINISH WELL II

Prudence in spiritual matters preserves men. Our theme scripture reveals how this preservation works and says that it enables you to see evil from afar and hide yourself.

The destinies of many great men and women of God were aborted simply because they lacked this prudence.

When they got into certain relationships, they did not see that those relationships would be the end of their ministries.

When they ventured into some places, they did not see that those places would suck the very life out of them and render them redundant in the grand scheme of divine purpose.

Men with this manner of foresight are guaranteed to finish well because it gives them the grace to see the potential obstacles on the course that God has set before them.

Premature endings are not your portion. By prudence, you walk in the way God has ordained you to walk, to know who to avoid and which places never to set foot in.

Hallelujah!

PRAYER: My Father, I thank You for this truth. Thank You for the Spirit of prudence at work in me. I am never taken by surprise by the attack of the enemy because I have a clear spiritual vision. Prudence instructs me in the way that I should go and the people I should associate with. Because of this wisdom and knowledge, I know that I will finish well, in Jesus' name, Amen.
