@MTLFORBRKFST Dude, you’re talented, don’t give up. Keep learning, try new things. Do what you gotta do for debt. Slow down on the vids to work more or whatever, but keep applying yourself to your art even if it takes you longer to post. Quality not quantity man. Say your things to the 🌎. 💯.
@shortfvsed The other night I spilled an entire glass of milk on my carpet, literally felt the rage start to boil up from the pit of my stomach, and I quashed that shit before it got to my chest. Instant nopeville to that anger, all from practice, and willpower to choose NOT to rage. ✌🏻💚😃
@shortfvsed Because you’re human. Thass why we metal out. Also. You’re learning. As you get older, you will recognize these emotions faster, and you will practice and gain experience at overcoming them faster.
@CaseyNeistat @Uber Ya? Well as a driver maybe we should charge 30% extra every time someone gets in our personal cars reeking like a fucking cigarette?
How about that @CaseyNeistat ???
@SilentGarrett I want to be very clear that I’ve met you and I know how you are, you’re a good person, I’m not accusing you of being dishonest, I’m accusing whoever invented that ridiculous classification as being dishonest, and I’m encouraging you to view and discuss the stats differently.
@SilentGarrett You know as well as anyone that verbiage has a huge impact on our perceptions. Labeling gang shootings as “mass shootings” is in essence, intellectually dishonest and is a huge part of the divide in this discussion.
@SilentGarrett The same is true when you see the statistics that 30,000 cases of “gun violence” happen annually. When that stat is blatantly intellectually dishonest, because it includes suicides with homicide, two HUGELY different problems.
@SilentGarrett The category was created because they had to “define” it somehow. Using stats from a fundamentally flawed, generalized classification to make a point in a tweet is where I think you and so many others can do better. I refuse to label a gang related driveby a “mass shooting.”
@SilentGarrett YOU aren’t arguing a political solution, but other people are. I’m not insinuating that you’re taking a stance, but you’re seeking solutions and I’m discussing with you about the disconnect between pro/anti gun people, and the problem I see with your statistics.
@SilentGarrett To find an intelligent solution, we have to analyze the problem intelligently. And lumping Vegas in with Chicago gang violence is not having an honest or intelligent discussion about the issues. It’s ignoring the details to seek a pre-determined desired outcome, ban all guns 🤷🏼♂️
@SilentGarrett We will find solutions, when the anti-gun crowd comes to terms with the existence of firearms, there’s over 100 million in circulation in the US alone. They’re not going to disappear with new legislation.
