We are preparing for another Kakamega Rainforest Tour and Hike this Saturday.

These are the three main trails we cover:
1. Mama Mutere Trail (2.7km) - 1hr
2. Lirhanda Hill Trail - highest elevation at approx 1800 m asl (2.2km) - 50 minutes
3. River Yala Trail - 4 hours.
