@BMWUSA I had Aircon issues with my car while it was under warranty and the Bmw service center never adequately fix the issue. The Aircon is again leaking and I wanna make sure Bmw will fix it for free now too. Who do I call. I have the extended drive train

I absolutely love the drive of my bmw x7. But the dealer customer service is terrible. I have to beg them to use my warranty. I’m in the market for a new car and I don’t think I can stomach @BMWUSA one more time. Might be time to go back to @Lexus or @Porsche Any others?

@ConsumerReports are you aware that BMW X7s have been randomly stopping. My car just stopped in the middle of the street. If I had been on a highway with a semi behind me, me and my daughter wouldn’t be around to warn anyone else about this serious safety flaw. @BMWUSA

@BMWUSA my dealership service reps told me when you buy a BMW you have to be ready for the heavy repair bills. Never dealt with this level of rudeness with @Lexus. Is this for real??
