Sen. Majority Leader John Thune told reporters at the Capitol that the Protect College Sports Act is "an issue, we've got to get better clarity on," per @burgessev. There may only be a procedural (cloture) vote on PCSA before recess, paving the way for a full vote in September.

Three more amendments have been filed to Protect College Sports Act, all from Sen. Ashley Moody (R-Fla).

One creates an exception in the expansion provision to permit P4 schools to move conferences without the 5-year probationary period.

Two of Moody’s schools: Miami and FSU.
