Massive improvement wave 🛠️

We just pushed a fresh game update.
This one is packed with under-the-hood changes: tons of optimizations, tons of core-system improvements. Only small visual tweaks on the surface, but the foundations received a major upgrade.

We’re also wrapping up the final tests for the new game mode. It’s coming together nicely and feels like a real step forward for the experience.

And we keep building the base, steadily expanding the world and strengthening the systems behind it.

We’ve been a bit slow with updates lately because there are some internal improvements happening within the team.

Here’s the main stuff we’re working on right now:

• TGE and pre-launch planning. The token launch is being postponed due to market instability and the sudden SOL drop. We genuinely believe that waiting for better conditions is far wiser than rushing a TGE “just to do it”.

• A new gameplay update is in the works. This will be the first major step forward for the actual gameplay, since the current version of Block Stranding is a demo.

• A new campaign with @primesdotgg is coming soon, where you’ll be able to earn $STRAND for free before TGE. All your progress from Seasons 1 and 2 will be saved.

Block Stranding is still at the very beginning of its development journey, and our goals stay unchanged.

We plan to scale the gameplay step by step, adding more depth, more ways to interact, and more reasons to come back every day.

We know many of you are waiting for the $STRAND TGE, and we’ll do everything we can to deliver it at the highest level. We ask the community to stay patient.

Season 2 of the $STRAND Earn campaign is coming to an end, as planned, followed by a freeze of the Leaderboard.

I see a lot of dissatisfied people after passing PreSale @blockstranding. Some people made posts in which they wrote how they admired the project, but after Presale they began to criticise it and write bad things about it without even finding out anything.

First of all, why did such people think that the project stole their money, because everything was clearly spelled out in the documentation, secondly, where did these people think that they would be in the red after the pre-sale, because there was neither a checker, nor the listing itself.

This is a project with really strong support and I think it's not for nothing that the ecosystem itself trusts @solana. Anyway, I want to wish these people, instead of casing FUD on the project, to do first of all their own analysis and read the documentation before depositing their money. And to those who have not lost hope and are still optimistic, I want to wish you good luck, continue to play and be active, very soon there will be a snapshot of the leaderboard table, and then a checker and TGE on tier-1 exchanges.

We’d like to highlight how the discretionary cap model operates (ref. MetaDAO sales), as we didn’t expect that many participants were unfamiliar with this term.

The discretionary cap implies a flexible hard cap, meaning it will be set as decided by the team.

As the sale did not include an initial hard cap, all figures served as indicative values only.

The outlined FDV ($3–7M) reflected our initial planning assumptions, based on the expected scale of participation at the time. It was a projected estimate, not a fixed valuation.

The discretionary cap model means the final FDV is determined solely by the total amount raised.

Everything will be recalculated pro rata, so all participants will receive identical proportional terms, only under the final FDV - and whitelist users will keep the same relative advantage.
