“Nothing changes if nothing changes.”This is your sign to TAKE THE LEAP and transforn your life👏🏼💎
Hi I’m Alice, I went from a broke college student to building million dollar ecom businesses in 4 years at 23. (Made $100k in my first year😜)
People ...
Someone who turns 30 is old, but someone who dies at 30 is young.
Don't let anyone pressure you in life.
A friend of a rich man is not rich, but a friend of a thief is a thief..
I am going hard as fuck with everything I do.
The gym? 100% effort.
Work? 100% effort.
Relationships? 100% effort.
Everything.
Our time here is finite, friends. Give it all you got.
The most profitable founder I know sells foot cream. No aesthetic. No ambassadors. Ugly ads on purpose. $30M a year.
I asked him once why he never made the brand look nice.
He goes "pretty brands spend money looking good. I sell to people in pain who don't care what my feed looks like."
His CAC is $18 because his creative speaks straight to a screaming problem instead of a vibe. And there's a repeatable rule underneath it:
Every ad opens on the problem, not the product. First frame is the cracked heel, the wince, the person hiding their feet. The product doesn't show up until the pain's already on screen. He ships 30 of these a week, phone-shot, under $50 each.
Problem-aware buyers convert cheap because you're not creating desire, you're catching people already looking for a fix.
Meanwhile I've watched founders burn six figures making a brand look premium before they proved anyone even wanted the product.
Aesthetics are a tax you pay after the business works, not an investment you make before.
Build the cash machine first. Make it pretty later, if you even bother.
What are you spending on that your customer never once asked for?
The most dangerous month in ecom is the first big one.
A guy hits his first real winner. The store climbs to €250k/month and he's clearing €45k of it. Within 60 days: office lease, a hire he doesn't need, a financed car, a better apartment. €15k a month of new fixed costs. Feels like nothing against €45k.
Then the product dies. Not because he messed up. Products die, that's the game. The winner paid him €300k over seven months. The obligations he stacked on top of it cost €180k a year, and they don't die with the product. Seven months of luck, traded for a year of bills.
Now watch what the burn does to his decisions. He can't afford patience anymore. He needs a winner this month, so he forces products, scales junk, and eats through the cash that was supposed to be his runway. The broke version of him found a winner because he could wait for a real one. This version can't.
It ends one of two ways: downgrade publicly, or bleed out privately.
A winning product isn't income. It's a loan the market can call back any month. Bank it, keep living like the guy who started the store, and scale your ad spend instead of your life. Everyone still standing after five years got rich slower than they could have.
Most of my 25 stores are the same playbook in different countries. Once a product proves itself in one market, cloning it across a border is cheaper than finding a new winner. Every time. How we do it:
1. The data picks the country, not you. Neighbor markets first. A product printing in Germany almost always prints in Austria and Switzerland too. Your search terms already show where demand spills.
2. Localize properly or don't bother. Local domain, product pages from someone who actually speaks the language, local currency, local payment methods. Klarna in Scandinavia, iDEAL in NL. A store that feels foreign converts at half. Sometimes not at all.
3. Compliance resets per country. New Merchant Center requirements, local consumer law, real shipping times to that specific country. The clone inherits the demand, not the trust. Trust you rebuild the boring way, same as the original.
4. Same supplier, new conversation. Volume across 3 countries is leverage one country never had. This is when unit costs actually drop.
5. Not everything transfers. Expect maybe 60-70%. Some products are cultural. Kill the rest fast, same as any failed test.
The winner already proved people want the thing. A border is just settings.
Your late twenties are weird: young enough to take risks, old enough to do them intelligently
That small timeframe doesn’t last forever
Act before life numbs you into passivity
In life, we may often feel ostracised by people or even your friends. Fuck what they think about you. If they dont value you, they are not your real friends. Find a circle that is authentic and honest. Because authenticity is rare nowadays.
The middle of dropshipping is dying and nobody in it has noticed yet.
2020: a solo guy testing 5 products a week could eat well. 2026: I run 25+ stores, 3 full-time researchers screen ~100 products a day, and AI handles most of the ops. Different sport, same field.
It's the agency story all over again. The middle dies first. Hobbyists stay hobbyists, portfolios eat the market, and the guy in between grinding okay numbers by hand gets squeezed from both ends.
Next 24 months you either build infrastructure, or you go small and deep in a niche the portfolios don't care about. The middle is a countdown.
Dr. Groenewald says technical schools and trade schools that were closed by Thabo Mbeki should be reopened.
Woodwork, Agriculture, Home Economics, Plumbing, and Electrical Wiring should be restored in public schools, similar to how they were offered before 1994.
One thing you notice in life as you get older is people always get what is important to them
The broke guy that loves partying will always find a few hundred $ every friday, the guy that loves sports will always find £50 to go see football and the guy who wants millions through business will end up with millions
Everyone finds a way when its truly important to them
Everyone always gets what they prioritize
Only few prioritize the right things
