I wish everyone thought this way. I prefer to be exposed to different viewpoints but a certain political type tends to block me when i try to follow them. Probably because they see my follow list full of the "wrong kind" of people… because their own type keep blocking…

Blocking someone should only be used to protect from harassment and fake accounts. Blocking someone because you don't like what they say is a good way to ensure that your world view never evolves.

@EricMFriel @firewirenz @Pontifex I just did a new testament concordance search of νηστεύω (the greek word for "fast")… It was interesting. Not commanded, or expected any specific time, but Christ assumed his followers would fast. And they did. I would conclude that it is not required, but it is recommended.

@EricMFriel Ask a protestant what is the pillar and foundation of the truth, and they will invariably say the bible. But 1 Timothy 3:15 says it's the Church.
