@branthansen 😂 Since you didn't need to read it, I must point out this line, "the fleeting nature, danger, and corruptibility of vanity..." I think I've seen something about 'its all vanity' somewhere important.🤔
Knowing full well that positive stuff doesn't travel well on this app, I offer this just in case you need to actually see the people of Jesus doing Jesus stuff:

Just got this report from the CURE hospital in Ethiopia. Bulcha is 17 years old. His three siblings have all died.
His mom treasures him, but it's been a hard life. Then he started developing a knock-kneed condition that eventually cost him his ability to walk. His mom was desperate, and call out to the Lord for help.
Friends found out about CURE. The community raised money to send him to the hospital. Surgeons said he would eventually be able to walk again.
Somebody (you, if you give to CURE?) paid for his surgeries. His mom had $0, and it cost her $0.
He's elated, and thanking God. His mom is (obviously!) elated, and thanking God.
The typical, world-class surgery at CURE costs about $1500.
Was it worth it?
WORTH IT.
@branthansen Love @CUREIntl and the work they do!!🙏🏻 Keep the positive coming Brant. I work hard to make sure my algorithm is only looking for positive posts. Not simple, but definitely worth it! ❤️
@branthansen Thank you for sharing this Brant. It is a very interestingly written great reminder of the many many things around us that we have to be grateful for! (Like HVAC, which I thank God for often, especially on these desert-temperature days.)
@branthansen Hey Brant. "Living Offendable" is in my Audible library; can't wait! Listening to "Unoffendable" (my 3rd time 😊) because doing "Unoffendable Bible Study" w/my sons! The 'doing nothing' chpt reminded me to suggest "The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry" by Comer. Highly recommend!
@bobsmileycomedy You can do a show for eternity, but only from that green room. At least until someone arrives to take your place (then you'll fade away).

It's worth saying again: Andrew Tate is one of the least masculine men on the planet.
He doesn't protect the vulnerable, he uses them. He's not a Keeper of the Garden, he's the enemy within.
But young guys fall for it because our culture can't/won't offer a distinct, compelling vision for masculinity.
Sadly, church culture doesn't often offer it, either. No wonder guys are settling for Tate's childish evil.
Social media seems to show you the world, but really just shows you your revealed preferences; the people you follow, the topics you engage with.
It’s a mirror disguised as a window.
So if you dislike the reflection, don’t blame the glass change the person who’s gazing into it.
