Just when I think I've found myself, I discover I've moved on.

@2Fine2DFine @Scene_Plus I’ve been waiting since Dec 12. I have 6 claims open and 70000 pts missing. Customer service is non existent @Scene_Plus @CineplexMovies @ScotiabankHelps

[Darlene Auger @DarAuger]

@Scene_Plus I’d live to go to the movies, but someone stole my points and I’ve been waiting since December 12th to hear back… 6 claims 🤷🏼‍♀️ #nocustomerservice

[Darlene Auger @DarAuger]

@Scene_Plus What’s the deal? So many people not getting service or replies back. I’ve had 69000 pts stolen late 2021. Filed 6 different claims online, since nobody ever answers a phone. One response that wasn’t enough and “crickets” ever since. @PatForanCTVNews

"You don't need to pretend to be okay when you are not okay. Can we stop reserving the word 'strong' for people who 'power through' and 'get on with it' when what they really need is support and compassion? It takes true strength to be vulnerable and honest about your emotions."

[Darlene Auger @DarAuger]

@Pink I’ll chip in too. I don’t have much but this is worth it!

We've started our annual spring street sweeping program. Please keep streets clear - by removing sports nets, placing garbage & recycling containers on the lawn or driveway and not parking on the street, residents can ensure sweeping equipment can reach the full street surface.

📣 Our natural sport fields are extremely wet currently. To avoid damage, all sports and recreational users are asked not to use City natural sport fields, until further notice.

The spring thaw has started and water is moving fast, particularly around dams. Please stay back of river banks and creeks - especially kids and pets. Ground may be slippery and unstable.

Recycling Tip ♻️
Be sure to stuff all bags into one and tuck the filled bag into your blue box for paper. Loose bags can get stuck in equipment and cause shut downs & repairs.
p.s. it also reduces the number of bags blowing around on windy days 💨

Mild weather this weekend has caused significant thawing of ice and snow. Please be careful to avoid getting close to waterways, including stormwater ponds and river banks. Ice may not be safe. #StaySafePtbo
