@GovernorOFF @MaEllenSirleaf The US has its own reasons for implementing sanctions at a particular time, it could be based on factors like who’s in power, the foreign policy or focus, diplomatic relations, etc. When they do it, we must commend them but it is our responsibility to get it done as a country.
