@ICICIBank_Care I received a call few days ago and I was asked to send AST YES for my ongoing homeloan application. Today I got to know that it was for a Credit Card application and my CC is dispatched. This is unethical, without authorization.

Last date of Fee submission is 1 month before Quarter starts.
rs3000/ late fee is charged even before the quarter starts.
We have raised this issue with DPS management and they have just acknowledged, not responded to it.
Request you to please look into the matter.
