I’m excited that we can finally talk about this. Cars24 got the opportunity to test GPT-5.6 Sol early, and I have now moved almost all my AI workflows to it. Research, writing, working through decisions, following up on things. Sol, especially Ultra, has simply become the model I keep open and trust with more of my day.
The 5.6 name seriously undersells the jump. This does not feel like an incremental improvement over 5.5. I truly feel it represents a massive expansion of the capability horizon, and the feedback across engineering, AI, product and design has been incredibly strong. We are super excited to get things rolling across Cars24. Thanks a lot to OpenAI for being amazing partners and giving us the opportunity to test it early.

@JioMart@JioMart_Support@SandeepVaragan1@_MukeshAmbani In your company, people are cheating in the name of resolution, no support as it's been almost a month but no resolution, one of the person called and misbehaved with me. Can you please look into this
Worst service by Jio mart, the order marked as delivered but not delivered, fake, fraud and cheaters
Calling from last 7 days, no resolution, mentally harassed by them, don't buy from Jio mart, once you order, no one will listen to you. @JioMart@JioMart_Support drag you in court
I am genuinely furious today. At this bizarre confidence people walk around with. The so called educated, elite, air purifier class. We see the AQI in the red, shrug and still pack out concerts, comedy shows and clubs as if the city is just a mildly dusty backdrop for our lives. Inside our buildings everything feels filtered and controlled but step outside and it is a completely different reality. We have normalised the fact that Delhi-NCR almost never meets basic WHO air quality limits and instead of treating that like an emergency we treat it like weather. And yes, I am squarely part of this story because every day I find myself thinking of how to get out of this city during this predictable pollution season.
What really gets to me is how neatly we have chosen to buy our way out individually instead of fixing anything collectively. With our expensive air purifiers at home and at work, weekend getaways, those events in Gurgaon because the air is “cleaner there na?”, N95s for our own kids while the rest of the city breathes whatever it gets.
The truth is almost funny in a dark way. We are not even pretending to solve the problem anymore, we are just paying to dodge it. I blame myself in this as much as anyone else. If people like us with money, information and options are busy running away from the mess instead of demanding better then we should at least acknowledge that we are not the victims of this reality, we are co-founders of it. And perhaps it is finally time we act like it and do something that actually matters instead of showing up at yet another “much needed” night out in poisoned air.

Why has ethanol suddenly become a part of the headlines?
With E20 fuel now available across major fuel stations, 20% ethanol-blended petrol has gained widespread availability and is supporting the government’s clean energy goals.
However, several users reported mileage drops and engine issues after using E20 petrol in the last two days.
But what really is ethanol?
India imports 85% of its crude oil, costing billions in foreign exchange. Ethanol offers a cleaner, renewable alternative, made from organic biomass like sugarcane, molasses, grains and other agricultural materials.
It’s largely home-grown, supporting farmers and strengthening the rural economy.
In July 2025, India hit its target of 20% ethanol blending in petrol five years ahead of schedule.
The aim? Lower emissions, reduced crude dependency and build a strong biofuel ecosystem.
Is this new globally? Not at all.
- Brazil has been a pioneer in ethanol adoption, using E20 to E27 blends since the 1990s. Today, E27 is the standard and is widely used.
- In the USA E10 is standard nationwide. While E15 and E85 (for flex-fuel vehicles) are available in many states. Blending has helped reduce emissions and boost corn demand.
- Thailand, Philippines, Sweden and Colombia all have biofuel mandates.
