And if so..while fans get upset with maxs being low, its actually the players themselves who aren't holding themselves responsible.

@WildOn7th Not from a suspension perspective but strictly fines, since it's in the CBA, can the league do anything about it without approval from the players? Are the players themselves to blame for allowing such a miniscule max fine to be a part of the CBA? The NHLPA agreed to it right?
