Madonna University has expelled nursing students over a viral hospital video, prompting NANS to appeal for clemency. NANS acknowledged the misconduct but urged the university to replace the expulsion with a stern warning, allowing the students to continue their studies.
Book Excerpts:
Over decades of work across more than forty countries, advising governments, training officers, and leading security sector reforms, I kept meeting the same pattern. A police service with adequate numbers but no strategic direction. A military unit with modern equipment commanded by officers promoted for loyalty rather than competence.
An intelligence agency whose best analysts left because patronage blocked every path to advancement. In each case, the diagnosis was leadership failure; not the absence of leadership titles, but the absence of leadership ability.
Although this is a global challenge, it has been most costly in parts of the developing world, especially sub-Saharan Africa, and a country like Nigeria, for instance, has paid a devastating price. Boko Haram's expansion, the industrialisation of kidnapping, the spread of banditry across the northwest, and the erosion of public trust in the police and armed forces are not mysteries of geography or destiny.
They are, in significant measure, the consequences of placing people in command who lacked the capacity to make sound decisions, the competence to execute, or the character to resist corruption and political capture. Resources were squandered. Morale collapsed. Citizens stopped cooperating. Criminals and insurgents filled the vacuum.
I do not say this to condemn individuals. Many officers serve with courage in impossible conditions. I say this because the systems that select, promote, and protect leaders have been broken for too long, and polite silence has failed to fix them.
The “Omole Security Leadership Model” emerged from that frustration and from systematic observation. I asked a simple question: what does a security leader need to be able to do? Not what corporate leadership books say. Not what political speeches claim. What does the job demand when lives are at stake, when the public is watching, when politicians interfere, when resources are scarce, and when the next crisis will not wait for a committee?
If you speak in tongues for long hours, like a minimum of 5 hours per day, it will take you 7 years to hit power. Most believer's when they speak in tongues, what they produce is gas and the gases doesn't destroy demons, that's why some ancestral demons are still in place in the body.
- Apostle Arome Osayi revealed
A lot of irresponsible and senseless Christians
We spiritualized bad and terrible government / unemployment. We prayed instead of building / creating.
Apostle Selman said it.
This is the kind of theology that produces irresponsible Christians that we see today. They worship their pastors.

I sat down with Obi and Kwankwaso and told them that when they go to meet their crowds, they don't sell much. Kwankwaso just gathers millions of red caps. They dance, sing, and he waves his hands. I don't hear anything. Peter Obi does the same thing. He goes to a church funeral and waits until the church is full, and then he walks in and disrupts everything, and even the priest will be shouting 'Obi, Obi'. Only the corpse will still be quiet.
- NDC Chieftain Babachir Lawal says he met with Peter Obi and Kwankwaso and advised them to focus more on issues like the rehabilitation of dams in the North, extraction of oil in Kolmani River field in Bauchi State with the aim of building a refinery, and the Mambilla hydropower project.
Thank God that economic policies and consequences are easy to see.....
Pls you can join them in Libya to enjoy cheap fuel price subsidized.
This is the present reality of Libyans.....Atiku and Obi supporters can join them.
But Pastor Jerry Eze’s “sold-out” conference at Manchester United Stadium, in the UK, opens our eyes to the reality of Nigerians who “japa’d” to the UK.
Over 80% of the attendees are most likely Nigerians. Yet, that is a fraction of Nigerians in the UK. A majority of them are in the programme for a “supernatural (breakthrough) experience.”
They left the country in search of greener pastures but still seek “supernatural intervention.” Many Nigerians who “japa’d to the UK are still living through the “struggles for survival.”✍️
Sometimes, the greatest thing you fit give a young person no be money. Na opportunity.
Look at wetin happen when Baba entered Bae U’s world.
A man of his age and experience sat down with a young man whose style dey completely different from wetin he is used to.
Baba no just sit there looking serious.
He matched the energy, played along and showed Nigerians another side of himself.
And who helped make that connection happen?
CharlyBoy.
Fada believed in the young people behind that show enough to pull Baba into their space.
That one get lesson inside.
To the older generation: don’t only tell young people to succeed.
Give them room.
Open doors. Recommend them.
Trust them with opportunities.
To the younger generation: don’t wait for somebody to hand you a future.
Build something worth believing in.
When opportunity comes, be ready.
Because sometimes, all a young person needs is one person with influence to say:
“I believe in what you are doing. Go ahead.”
And sometimes, all an older person needs is the willingness to say:
“Let me enter your world and see what you are building.”
When generations support each other, everybody gets to grow.
Na so legacy suppose work.
In 1982,President Shagari officially initiated the Mambila Power project. The project aimed to supply the nation with 2,600MW of electricity. For over four decades, the project has been stalled by rabid corruption.Consultants,Contractors,Politicians and Ministers of power and Justices used Mambila to power themselves.
“Gov. Alia has surrounded himself with two stark illiterates. One a roadside mechanic, Ternenge, and Livinus , who was a generator repairer with INEC. The two decide whatever happens in Benue State. Alia has not given me any reason to campaign for him.”
