@CityPowerJhb your ticket system is flawed. The person who opened the ticket should the one to give final close out on it. I've had no power for 24hrs and my ticket CPWEB3051496 was closed with no feedback. Ive opened a new ticket CPWEB305464 please assist our poor complex

@CityPowerJhb after some scheduled maintenance in the boskruin area we never got power back but everyone else had their power returned. Could you please make sure a team is still working on it? The substation has been closed up and it looks like they've gone home
