Let me explain this as simply as possible because I see a lot of people mixing things up.

This is NOT about whether the number is correct.
This is NOT about whether the percentages match afterward.
And it’s NOT about “they’ve never changed it.”

It’s about something much more basic.

Imagine you roll a dice.

It lands on 4.
Fine.

Now the real question is:

Was the table that defines what “4” means locked in before you rolled…
or are you shown that table afterward?

If you only see it afterward, even if everything matches, you cannot prove that the table wasn’t modified right before and then set back.

That’s it.

I’m not saying they do it.
I’m saying the system should make it impossible even if they wanted to.

Because “provably fair” doesn’t mean:

It means:
