The FDA once claimed it needed 75 years to release the data it used to license Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine. @ICANdecide attorney Alycia Perkins joins Del to explain how that number became 9 million pages released to the public, and what it took to get there.
Perkins walks through the full FOIA litigation process: two separate lawsuits (PHMPT1 for ages 16 and up in September 2021, PHMPT2 for ages 12 through 15 and Moderna in October 2022), a federal judge in the Northern District of Texas ordering production at 55,000 pages per month, and then a second court order pushing that to 180,000 pages per month after ICAN discovered the FDA had misrepresented how much data actually existed. As of October 1st, the FDA has acknowledged all of it has been released. Science and books are already being written from the data.
Del credits the Pfizer data release as one of ICAN’s greatest accomplishments, on par with winning religious vaccine exemptions in Mississippi. Perkins closes with a clear message on what comes next. The FDA demonstrated it can produce over 100,000 pages per month when ordered to do so. There is no justification for reverting to 300 to 500 pages per month on other pending FOIA requests. ICAN has more than 4,000 funded FOIA requests and will return to court as necessary.
The UN Quietly Buried Its Own Climate Apocalypse
The United Nations has withdrawn its worst-case climate projection: the one that said temperatures would rise eight degrees Fahrenheit by the end of the century and polar ice caps would melt completely. @delbigtree and @JeffereyJaxen break down what that retraction means, who paid for it, and what it is already costing people this winter.
The World Climate Research Programme, a UN-affiliated organization, issued a new assessment quietly stating that high-emission worst-case scenarios are now “implausible.” Del draws a direct parallel to British epidemiologist Neil Ferguson’s COVID lockdown projections: one worst-case number, adopted globally, used to justify decisions that restructured entire economies. Countries shut down North Sea oil and gas. Energy infrastructure was dismantled. The UK grid operator has put power stations on alert. Europe is set for another year of high gas prices with reserves at critical lows. Britain risks running out of gas by the end of winter.
The science was never settled. It said it was. Del and Jaxen point to a Lancet study analyzing over 74 million deaths across 13 countries: cold weather kills 20 times as many people as hot weather. Stripping energy infrastructure in the name of climate fears does not just hurt economies. It kills people. Jaxen notes the timing. The same WEF-aligned companies that promoted net zero and told the public to stop driving and flying are now pouring money into AI data centers that will require 100 times the energy they told us was destroying the planet.
If DMSO was used for strokes and brain injury, millions would be spared from paralysis and death—yet despite thousands studies showing this, the FDA banned it.
Since publishing this article, dozens of readers shared DMSO saved them from a stroke.🧵

🚨 NEW OFF THE RECORD TONIGHT AT 8 PM ET!
What if the push toward transhumanism began long before the latest wave of AI?
Spanish writer and entrepreneur @LauraAboli_X says it’s part of a decades-long agenda involving some of the world’s most powerful interests.
In her conversation with @DelBigtree, she warns what could be at stake for our bodily autonomy, while making the case that a different future is still possible. Watch 👇

RFK Jr. blamed COVID-era vaccine disruptions for measles. @DelBigtree says that misses the point.
A reporter recently asked Kennedy about five measles deaths in Pennsylvania and a possible sixth. He cited Fauci’s warning that COVID shutdowns could interrupt measles vaccination.
Del counters with a number of his own: before the measles vaccine, the U.S. saw roughly 400 to 500 measles deaths a year. Using the CDC’s estimates of 3–4 million infections and 400–500 deaths a year, roughly 0.01% of infections resulted in death.
But Del says the bigger fallout from COVID was lost trust. People watched the guidance shift and started asking what else they’d been told was wrong.

A man writing a relationship book for women only?
Del Bigtree wasn't about to let that one slide.
Dr. John Gray, author of *Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus*, is back with a new book and some opinions about modern women, independence, and relationships that are sure to get people talking.
Del asks him a question many women might be thinking: "Shouldn't a woman be writing this book?"
Wait until you hear Gray's response.
Some children are going to die from vaccines this year. Others will be maimed and permanently injured. How rare is it? And does that rare group matter? That’s the entire question behind medical freedom advocacy. We’re not talking about the kids having a great experience with vaccines. We’re talking about the ones nobody studies, the ones whose parents say they were fine and then regressed, fine and then paralyzed, screamed for days in a way that matches encephalopathy, the brain swelling listed on the warning label itself.
Science should study them. Find out if there’s a genetic predisposition. Find out if a blood test could identify which kids can’t handle three vaccines at once, or ten in a day, whether it should be one at a time, whether some vaccines should never be given to certain children at all. We have artificial intelligence. We have machine learning. We have more capability than any generation before us, and none of it is pointed at this question, because anyone who tries gets called a bad person for asking.
Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus became one of the biggest-selling books of the 1990s by arguing that men and women are different, and that understanding those differences can strengthen relationships.
Then John Gray (@MarsVenus) says the culture turned on that message.
He tells Del Bigtree how he went from a global bestselling author to being labeled “sexist,” why he believes strong relationships matter far beyond the home, and why he is still pushing back on the idea that men and women are fundamentally the same.
Severe brain fog, psychiatric illness and accelerated dementia are some of the saddest but most common vaccine injuries I see - especially since no one believes them.
The data now proves the vaccines double the rates of these conditions.
Here's how to fix it. https://t.co/XOhVVnUXMu
Aaron Siri uncovered a bombshell internal document proving the CDC knew exactly what injuries the Covid shots would cause all the way back in November 2020.
“Myocarditis.”
“Pericarditis.”
“Seizures.”
“Tinnitus.”
Bookmark this.
“All the things we ended up seeing were on that list.”
Then, they covered up those findings in their design documents for V-Safe, the safety survey that was sent to 10 million Covid shot recipients.
“They could have put things like myocarditis on it, or at least chest pain.”
“Did they do that?”
“No.”
“None of those conditions nor their symptoms ended up on that list.”
“When the CDC was publishing all their studies saying Covid-19 vaccines were safe, the first 40 studies… they didn’t publish beyond the first week of the seeking medical care data.”
“They only published the first week.”
But it’s “well-known” that many adverse events from vaccines occur “after the first week of getting the shot.”
“If you’re going to have a seizure from an MMR vaccine, it’s not going to happen in the first week.”
“Yet they only reported the first week of medical-seeking behavior.”
After “two lawsuits” and “almost two years,” Siri finally obtained “all of that check-the-box data.”
“7.7% reported seeking medical care.”
“On average, two to three times each.”
“Over 70% of them reported seeking urgent care.”
“Emergency room.”
“Hospitalization.”

🚨Children’s Hospitals Are Vaccinating Kids Under Anesthesia for the Flu; Some Say It’s “Irresponsible”
Children’s hospitals are vaccinating kids for the flu while they are under anesthesia for unrelated procedures.
At CHOP alone, thousands of doses have been given through a program called “Close Your Eyes. We’ll Immunize.” Other hospitals have launched similar programs.
That means a child can wake up from surgery having also received a vaccine, with any fever, rash, allergic reaction, or other complication now competing with anesthesia, antibiotics, and pain medication as a possible cause.
CHOP says it wants to expand the program to children sedated for any reason and potentially include other routine vaccines. One presentation also reported more than $60,000 in revenue from the flu-shot program.
Parents consent, but this is a practice that deserves a much closer look.
