Now that my account is Private and I don't have to deal with as many trolls, I'm going to explain the "Middle East" question plainly... once and for all.
1. I understand and appreciate the difference between Arab and Muslim.
2. I understand the difference between fanatical & Strict Islam vs Americanized Muslims.
3. I understand and have read large portions of the Qur'an. I understand how it differs from the Christian Bible.
4. I understand Sharia Law.
5. I understand the difference between "Arab" and Farsi
Please... No history lessons. And If you get upset that I use the term Arab interchangeably with Farsi then here's a digital tissue for your tears.
Non Muslim Arabs.
I have many .. many non Muslim, Arab friends from all over the world. Most of them live in Michigan. But some live in North Carolina, Others in California and some are even here in Florida.
My adopted family in California, who I love dearly are a non Muslim, "Arab" family.
"Americanized" Arab Muslims.
I just left Michigan a few weeks ago and spent 60% of my time with "Americanized", Arab, Muslims. One of the largest construction supply companies and lumber mills in the Midwest and east coast is operated by an "Americanized", Arab, Muslim family. They handle ALL of our lumber , windows , roofing materials etc. We do a ton of work with them and when we're in town, we get together for dinner.
You know what else? They are HUGE Trump supporters.
They consider themselves Muslim. They go to Mosque on Fridays. They do not pray multiple times a day or believe in Sharia Law. They do not believe in "Convert or Die". They do not believe in non Muslims paying the jizya.
They are great, fun loving people who simply have a different religion than I do and would never even think to try and convert me.
Strict & Radicalized Muslims:
Sorry. I don't like em. Simple as that. There are many great reasons not to.
If that offends you, I don't care. Unfollow me.
If you believe in Sharia Law here in the USA or any country that has not been historically Muslim, then you and I can't be friends. I won't like you. If that offends you, I don't care. Unfollow me.
So there it is. That's the truth. How you feel about it is your business and not mine.
It's not open to comment or further question.
