Ok, I'll explain what's happening in the video. The conflict is about the common area between two doors. The black woman is leaving her stuff there that is on the way of the Russian family. They are asking her to keep her belongings in her condo, not at shared space. It seems this argument has a long history prior to the video. Also nothing in the video suggests that they hit her.
