/verify recomputes all of them. No lookup, no trust me, no special access. The same code is in the repo.

Each fill is sealed with a hash the moment it lands, taken over the exact figures it was priced from: the pool reserves, the amounts, the fee, the slot it was clicked and the slot it filled. Those figures and their seals are public.

The code that checks them is on npm, not on our servers.

The fills are the part worth watching. It quotes from the pool's real reserves, applies the price impact your own size causes, waits out a real delay, and fills you at whatever that delay cost.
