@AmazonHelp wtf is going on Amazon? I been a member for years & every now & then there's a hiccup where I can't get my items delivered on promised day or time, but for the past 4 days Ive had issues with 3 orders. Days late. Had to cancel a babyshower gift. Not reliable anymore?

@AmazonHelp I know unexpected things happen sometimes, that prevent the item's arrival. 3 orders in 4 days is little too much don't you think? Specially when you rely on same day delivery for an urgent reason. Ive relied on Amazon for yrs when I need something right away. Ur unreliable now

@AmazonHelp I ordered this item to be delivered 7-11am, literally see driver on the freeway coming towards me, then see a message it will be delivered next day by night. I had to cancel a gift that was supposed to be delivered same day also, 3 days later NOTHING!

@AmazonHelp Why would an order be marked as "shipped" or "on the way" & then marked with a message saying it's running late? This morning a driver had my delivery. I was tracking the driver & then I check back again & I see a message saying will be delivered tomorrow by nighttime instead.
