We are aware of three issues we are currently investigating:

Razor-Jaw Augment dealing extreme damage.

Crashes stemming from FSR 3.1.4. For players experiencing these issues, you can disable FSR 4 through the drivers.

Refinery Delta-17 currently experiencing a high crash rate.

We've deployed a backend fix just now that should solve the character select crash players get from having an Ogryn with an equipped Pickaxe.

We’re in the process of doing an in-depth memory rundown to address this. In the meantime, we’ve put together a fix that should reduce the frequency of out of memory issues.

This fix will be a part of our Hotfix #65, scheduled for next Tuesday, 8 April. /2

Since the release of Nightmares & Visions, we’ve been closely monitoring performance on our platforms. We’ve found in particular that XBOX Series S players are suffering from out of memory issues. /1

We have deployed a fix concerning Havoc missions. Players are now able to play Havoc mode and receive their rewards. This week only, some players might not receive a notification pop-up regarding their rewards, that said rewards will still be granted.

We have identified an ongoing issue preventing players from playing Havoc missions. Our teams are currently investigating a solution. Players will not be able to play Havoc until further notice.

Hey everyone. We are aware of the Error 9999 issues related to our new game mode, Havoc. We're working on solutions right now and we'll have an update on it soon.

There are some reports of players crashing while playing PS5. We've tracked it to an Out of Memory related issue which has been mentioned in our patch notes. A fix is coming for it next week with the release of Grim Protocols. (1/2)

We're currently working on fixing an issue that is resulting in a high number of server crashes (and thus, prematurely unfinished matches). We hope to have a fix for this issue shortly.
