@smartthings Our biggest ask so far is that you enable the Alexa skill for Germany. That's nothing more than a tick box and would make a lot of your customers happy. We have been waiting for so long and it seems our loyalty is worthless.

Seems @smartthings is not really interested in their german customers. Successfully ignoring a request in their forums for more than a year is a great example how NOT to do customer relations. @SamsungDE
