I’m devastated, I purchased the expensive @GrandeLASH to deal with lash loss due to chemo. Unfortunately, it broke and I wasn’t able to close it. I have rheumatoid arthritis so I know it didn’t happen because of being rough with it. I’m past my 90 purchase date at ULTA so I’m SOL

@ultabeauty please fix your app so that when it’s “21 Days of Beauty” and your app shows an item out of stock online (but still available in-store) you can order it for pickup. Some people who are chronically ill can’t drive every day to be able to just run out to the store. Thx!

I’m SO disappointed in cust svc at CVS Speciality Pharm @cvspharmacy!!! I placed my refill order on 6/22/23 and they confirmed shipment for 6/30/23. On 6/29, they tell me I’ll have to pick another date for delivery bc of the 4th. So now I’ll miss a dose which I’m not supposed to.
