Honored and grateful to join KFGO as News Director. I also want to thank Paul Jurgens for his extraordinary service to this region over so many years. Looking forward to getting started. https://t.co/GBZtAvXEXT
@BillHuntBits Absolutely, yes! It’s my favorite Spielberg film as well. I think it’s been at least two decades since I’ve watched it. Thanks for the viewing inspiration, Bill!
I had a great time visiting with Dave Olson and Chris Flynn from The Forum to discuss my career and what I'm currently working on! #voiceover https://t.co/7YWhK9Vn62
@BillHuntBits@thedigitalbits I’ve really enjoyed both of your appearances on @inglorioustrek , Bill! Once again, Trek leads the way in home video. The STTMP Director’s Edition 4k rekindled my interest in physical media, which led me to order two versions of that film (through links on your site, of course.)
Bill! Wow, this is an excellent shot, despite the haziness in the sky. Love the detail of the moon. And, there’s enough detail of Mars to serve as a color reference for Paramount to correct the War of the Worlds master!
Here’s Mars, a few minutes after it emerged from behind the Moon, as seen through my telescope tonight in SoCal. The sky was a little bit hazy here, so it was hard to get a crisply focused shot. But it was pretty to see through the eyepiece. “All these worlds are yours...”
@BillHuntBits #12 was my first issue as a subscriber in 1978. I loved that magazine. I remember seeing a commercial for Starlog every day during "Star Trek" reruns on WTCG (before it became WTBS) promising the latest coverage on Star Trek II! (Phase II). I knew I had to subscribe.
Never thought of it this way before. I love the message about laughter, but another quote that really resonates is, “Find freedom by accepting the boundaries of your domain.” #jesuscalling
@BillHuntBits So ready for this, and the physical release! I hope the streaming version sounds amazing on Paramount+, unlike Discovery and Picard, which always sound muddy compared to almost all of the other streaming services.
@BillHuntBits Yeah, I'm struggling with the new shows, too. They really feel like an alternate continuity instead of the original one. And agreed: the tone of Picard flies smack in the face of his character in TNG. So much for verisimilitude. But...the new SNW promo image looks fantastic.
