Hey @DJNFTs really enjoying your content! Curious to hear your perspective on this analysis and what you saw that makes you bullish on the ability of the $CROY team to deliver. Based on what I saw, the agents tweets don't really confirm the claims made in the daily report logs.https://t.co/168LT8Lh8b
$CROY caught my eye the other day so I wanted to do a little bit deeper fundamental analysis to see if it project is still attractive to enter at the time of writing this (8 mil mcap).
Let's dive right in.
1/ Product:
$CROY a new AI-driven project positioning itself as the ultimate “trench warrior” companion. The key value proposition is to replace the scattered, often disjointed suite of tools most traders rely on.
- AI agent powered by the “ElizaOS” framework
- Focus on newly migrated or pre-migration coins (mcap starting near $20K)
- Holistic analysis approach tapping both blockchain data and human-centric signals (website, narratives, trading psychology)
2/ Team & Accountability:
Though I was not able to find extensive information on founder and/or team they are actively maintaining a report log on their website so you can monitor the agents capabilities progression.
3/ Concerns:
On chain trading is one of the more obvious use cases for agentic AI systems within the crypto sphere but simultaneously seems to be a very hard problem to crack.
There are two fundamental requirements to build such a system:
1. Proprietary real-time and most importantly relevant and exhaustive data for the problem at hand.
2. An analytics engine (powered by a series of sophisticated ML Models) that turns this data into meaningful trading signals.
-> The LLM turning the signal into comprehensible output is merely the cherry on top.
Over the course of the last weeks we have seen multiple projects that attempted to solve this challenge.
All of these projects were only driven by anticipation and either failed completely, went back to the drawing board to reassess their approach or still in stealth mode ($lola, $flower, #degenai to name a few)
Based on the information I was able to review about $Croy so far I believe it is very unlikely that this is the team that will solve the challenge.
Lastly, the perhaps most critical question that I have not found an answer to is this:
If you truly built a system that is capable of the above explained, who in their right mind would share the systems signal with the public and not use them exclusively. There is nothing that comes closer to a money printer than a fully functional AI trading system in an environment as opaque and asymmetric as the trenches.
4/ Investment Decision:
While the concept of a fully functional AI-powered trench tool is promising, I see no concrete evidence that this team can deliver on their ambitious claims. At an $8M market cap, the current entry point is too high to further benefit from investor anticipation and speculation. I believe the to me yet unproven results and lack of obvious data or analytics edge will lead to a sharp decline in price as seen in previous similar contenders after attention vanished.
That being said, if this team has indeed cracked the code, it could be a massive winner and I applaud anyone that was able to see behind the curtain.

If the agent is actually capable of what the dev is proposing this is insanity. The beginning of reflexiv AI development the era of intelligence explosion.
Do you have any further information about the background of @lostgirldev ? So far I found no way to verify her professional experience.
$Zods can be characterized as your ‘HandsFree’ On-Chain AI companion. It is an abstraction layer platform leveraging AI technology to facilitate end users taking actions directly on the Solana blockchain through interacting with a multimodal AI interface.
The value proposition is clear: Managing on-chain involves significant complexities, especially for non crypto native users. AI enabled abstraction layer technology that performs actions like buying tokens or analyzing market conditions on and across chains will help the broader public engage with blockchain technology.
Here is how $ZODs comes into play. Think of it as ChatGPT but specifically for transacting Solana coins. You can autonomously authorize transactions without ever touching a token address. Just instruct the agent via chat or voice to make transactions on your behalf on-chain.
Here are a few examples of potential $ZODS interactions to give you an idea of its capabilities:
- "Give me a detailed analysis of [Token], including its market cap, circulating supply, trading volume, and recent price trends."
- "What’s the whale activity and distribution for [Token] over the past week?"
- "Summarize any major ecosystem developments or news about [Token] in the last month."
- "Are there any red flags for [Token] in terms of on-chain data or centralization?"
While $ZODS undeniably shows promise—particularly with its recent first-mover voice-assisted trading terminal and AI agent integration—there’s a looming question around its long-term viability. The developer appears extremely talented and fast moving yet seems to have more of a “trader/degen” background than an AI-native expertise, suggesting that $ZODS’ roadmap might lag behind faster, more robust competitors.
#Griffain comes to mind. It emerged as the first mover in AI-driven on-chain abstraction tech, quickly gaining momentum when its breakthrough platform caught the attention—and endorsement—of the Solana Foundation’s founder. The result was a meteoric surge in market cap and community support, establishing #Griffain as the go-to example of how combining rapid innovation, AI, and well-timed endorsements can catapult a project into the spotlight virtually overnight.
Comparison #Griffain vs. $Zods
Scope: ZODS focuses heavily on on-chain AI interactions for trading and market analysis, whereas Griffain casts a much wider net, integrating both on-chain and off-chain utility (e-commerce, social media, DeFi, etc.)
Speed & Innovation: The $ZODS project has been around since May 2024, with a notable pivot into AI at the beginning of December. Meanwhile, #Griffain continuously ships new functionalities—Agent Snipers, Twitter integrations, and a mobile app—often within days.
Community & Resources: #Griffain commands strong backing from influential figures in the Solana ecosystem. $ZODS, while generating hype among early adopters, lacks similar public endorsements or a large user base, partially due to the devs continued anon status.
I see significant catalysts ahead that could push $ZODS past the $50M mark. If $ZODS does manage to ship a polished V2 product by year-end, hype could further drive up the price, especially as market sentiment turns bullish once again after Christmas. Drawing parallels to Griffain’s early derivative, $Grift, which surged to $70M, $ZODS has the potential for similar medium-term gains. However, in the long term, I believe $ZODS may be outengineered with its niche use case becoming redundant as more comprehensive and capable abstraction layer technologies emerge—potentially further led by #Griffain, given their rapid innovation speed.
I am in no way shape of form looking to fud the project and am in fact quite bullish in the short term. Happy to discuss contrarian views on this take.
@0xroto@BoothTempleton@helloSQD Completely agree. It's one thing to not publicly associate with the product at the beginning but leaving cryptic hints to then tweet this is ridiculous.
@helloSQD This is incredibly unethical! Posting cryptic tweets, following accounts, leaving hints in closed telegram groups all to gain from your own community's devotion.
@terrytjw Hey @terrytjw I am really enjoying your takes on the AI x Crypro landscape! What are your thoughts on projects like $aixbt or the recently launched $radio? I'm particlulary interested in where you see the hyper-personalization of (ct) content broadcasting going short to mid term?
KOLs follow a small group of strong mined and eloquent individuals.
Masses follow KOL‘s.
Money follows masses.
>> Key is to identify the individuals at the top of the opinion food chain that create and shape these narratives.
What I have learnt over the past 3 weeks studying this space is that crypto projects almost never exceed due to their utility or they but merely based off the attention they acquire and retain.
Smart crypto investing is about studying herd mentality and where attention shifts.
@SaintAI_Bot Hey @SaintAI_Bot could you explain why $aether sits at a $2M FDV while $lum is at $40M+ even though $aether was the first AI on Farcaster and even created $lum?
3) Novelty
This is were the "sauce" comes in that @d_gilz often refers to. These are the kind of projects that you can't quite put your finger on yet, but that feel incredibly new & revolutionary.
Think @truth_terminal when it first launched.
Ever since reading "The Singularity is Near" by Ray Kurzweil, I have been obsessed with AI's potential.
Now, with Crypto x AI, anyone can invest directly in this future.
Here are three key reasons that I think will drive retail interest to this space:
2) Utility
Here, I am not proposing complex projects pushing the boundaries of decentralized AI but rather comprehensible tools that produce tangible results for the average CT user.
A great example is @memeticink, a company building authentic agentic reflections of yourself.
@xydotdot I am really enjoying your X posts. Very thoughtful and insightful! What is your current stance on $vvaifu? Are they still hurting from the ai16z fud or is the market simply waiting for execution? The token is heavily underperforming in comparison to the wider AI sector.
