@BurbearyStairs@ConstructionEnq No chance of that, supplier prices are being hiked up, 'shortages' and all that. Shortages created entirely by the suppliers.... great to see profiteering alive and well!
@slowbikeiain So 10 years of the estate being eroded by housing when it's already holding back employment development through lack of available units 2/2
@slowbikeiain Our local council has spent years on a local town plan that doesnt mention the thriving industrial estate a single time! When I raised it during consultation the response was it will need to be added next time.....1/2
Exciting developments this week, we have secured a new site for two houses in Bardsey. These will be on the market early 2021. #property#developers#bardsey#comingsoon
@YorkshireProps Unfortunately bargain basement prices will always come with bargain basement service. The online agents can work, but you have to view it as nothing more than a listing and prepare to do the work yourself. Traditional service needs a traditional agent
@PlanningShit All those poor buildings were designed by someone so perhaps, but then we regularly see great designs get turned done by the councils so ultimately responsibility lies in what is allowed. Commercial viability also has to play a part in building, which is a tricky balance.
Very excited to have just secured planning permission for a new site of just two bespoke houses in a rural location with fantastic views. Coming late 2020 this will be a development of one 5 bed and one 4 bed house with very spacious accommodation, to our usual high standard.
Work started this week on the refurbishment and extension of this country house. We are excited to transform this into a gorgeous new home for our clients.
