Great for mental health, burns brown fat, has many many health benifits.
Daily is ideal.
In terms of time in the water- increase slowly and make sure you have means to warm up straight away afterwards.

@DefendDark Erm, price often travels through ichimocu clouds to the other side. Once fully entered, it has a higher probability of travelling through than back out.
