I’m very excited to announce
🇺🇸 Gauntlet for America 🇺🇸
Our country needs AI-native engineers, and the U.S. Government is looking to Gauntlet AI to provide that capability.
This is a COMPLETELY FREE, all expenses paid fellowship to prepare for high-stakes public sector roles.
Gauntlet has come to a close. So grateful I got the chance to participate and prove to myself and others what I can do with a little help from AI. The future is bright if you choose to be an active shaper of your own life instead of just another passenger. G2✌️@gauntletai
BEMO! Kids use real-world Bemo puzzle pieces, letters, and numbers to play games. The iPad watches, understands, and adapts - turning physical play into personalized learning.

Week 6 of @gauntletai is almost done! Exciting to see that I can go into an established code base and actually work with it. This week I built a Personal Knowledge Curation Add-On for Plone. There was so much more I wanted to do for it, but even with AI, it was only a week.
Working with established codebases is very different from building your own thing from scratch, but you don't need me to tell you that. It's just amazing how different those two realities are. Great to work on an add-on for Plone this week, and hopefully I can get it all done!
Just passed off game week! I didn't record a video this time because we passed off in person, but if you really want to see it, I've got one better for you. Go download and play the demo yourself!

Guys, I'm really excited for this. Is it going to be perfect? Absolutely not. Is it going to great and amazing to play? Also no. But is it a game that someone with 0 previous game dev made in a week with AI and has a working puzzle level? Yes. So proud of the progress I'm making.
Week 5: Game Week with @gauntletai
I'm building a top-down style co-operative puzzle game I'm calling Echo Sigil for now. Basic story idea is two mages from competing magic schools get thrown into a living dungeon and have to use both their magic systems to get out.
Alright, week 4 going strong! This week is a group open source project. We're working on Spool, a personal learning app that connects what you're learning to your interests and hobbies. We're still getting everything hooked together, but I'm excited to show our demo this week!
Woohoo! Final submission for my desktop app Glyph was today! This one was fun and exciting, since I got to throw a bit of my graph theory knowledge at it. Looking forward to going on to the next stage with @gauntletai!
Woohoo! Another week another project with @gauntletai , and this one is fast. I'm working on a personal productivity tool that will help me create personal learning plans from trusted sources. Really excited to get this one finished by Thursday! See you then!
Another week down with @gauntletai! I love TTRPGs, so this one was really fun to make (except for trying to figure out iOS permission problems). I've got a lot more to do before I can share it with you all, but it was a really exciting experience!
Whoo, another day another deadline. As a preview, I'm working on an app called CritChat, an app for TTRPG players to manage and find groups for playing their favorite TTRPGs. Looking to have a video for all of you by next submission with everything done!
Going on project #2 with @gauntletai, and this one is already starting off hard. The hardest part though? The feedback loop for this project is a lot slower. Looking forward to getting something I can share with you all!
First project with @gauntletai down! I can't believe I built all of that in a week! I'm really looking forward to nailing down my process and getting more familiar with AI first development. It's been a blast so far, and we're just getting started!
