@LBofBromley I have appealed against this PCN. I paid the parking as I headed into the stairwell of the car park - within a minute if actually parking. I had not spent 5mins away from the car. Your traffic warden is not doing their job properly.

⁦@BromleyTimes⁩ something is fishy with this PCN. I did not spend 5 mins away from my car. I actually paid within a minute of leaving my car as I was in the stairwell. That was at 1452 via the ringo app which charges me 20p for the convenience. Complete joke!
