That's why there was nothing to present in court and all the cases were tossed. His lawyer couldn't even show evidence when she got sued for lying

The chances are slim that his team ever had a garage with a rope. It was probably an unfortunate coincidence that he was assigned that garage, but with recent events everyone assumed the worst

The noose was found during the initial garage setup, which drivers aren't a part of. So it's possible he never saw it. NASCAR then inspected all their garages and found 11 that used rope pull downs. No others had noose knots

Players like Pippen and Kawhi went to schools smaller than some HBCU'S. Going to an HBCU won't be any different
