I'm on the Airtel Unlimited 5G pack and always in a 5G area, yet my 4G data keeps getting consumed. Being a customer for 5+ years, this is really concerning. Please resolve this asap. Really disappointed by the user experience. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

I have recharged my airtel prepaid with unlimited 5g pack
But still my data is finished and not getting benifits of unlimited 5g ,I recharged on 9 nov.I have full 5g network coverage

@officiald2h Same issue is been faced by me. recharged done but channel s are not visible.
E-mailed but no response.
Tried to contact at costomer care but still no reply.
