Burrow was sacked 41 times in 2022.

He was sacked 25 times and was on pace to be sacked 46 times in 2023.

This was while averaging 1 less passing attempt per game than 2022.

This is not a “we throw too much issue” that’s lazy analysis.

Cleveland, KC, Dallas, LAC, Minnesota and Jacksonville all averaged more passing attempts and gave up less sacks. The only team who averaged more and gave up more was Washington.

This is a coaching issue, this is a talent issue. If your number one priority isn’t to keep Shiesty upright and clean this free agency and draft season then let me drop some pictures to remind you of what happens when you settle.

The only focus is protecting 9, I won’t hear anything else, I’ll take an awful defense it means my franchise QB stays upright.
