An elite list of 8 great Captains of Pakistan and Babar Azam is certainly one of them โค๏ธ
Babar Azam is a legend of Pakistan Cricket as proven by this picture. I repeat, he is a legend of Pakistan Cricket. I genuinely mean it and I will always stand by this. Donโt care what you all say.
Babar Azam is truly a world class cricketer in all formats of the game, especially in ODI Cricket. The amount of ODI Centuries he has speak for itself.
@HassanAbbasian It has been like this since 2019 to be honest. Ever since 2020, time has been going way too fast and a lot of things hasnโt been normal anymore.
Babar Azam would never run away from an injury. X rays from a local hospital confirmed that Babar suffered a fracture in his right thumb in 2020 before NZ tour. And Babar got hit on the exact same spot in his finger during the practice match as the WI series. Babar is innocent.

@Zester_W@was_abdd So he was not faking an injury. Google said so. Evidence is there for all to see. X rays confirmed it in 2020. The practice match confirmed it in 2026.
@Zester_W@was_abdd For the 2020 tour, I looked up Google and X rays have confirmed that Babar had suffered an fracture in his right thumb and he was strictly prohibited from attending any net sessions. For the practice match, he got hit at the exact spot in his hand as he suffered during WI series

I think he made right moves. There are couple areas Iโve identified, particularly how he aligns the field placements & the way he maneuvered spinners. The trust they showed in him was great, and, of course, there was his batting.
@veinsCricket@CricketTrend309 With all due respect, other captains canโt even win against those same D teams. For instance, Sarfaraz got whitewashed to SL in UAE. And Shan got whitewashed to BAN in PAK.
- Urooj Mumtaz & Ramiz: Babar wanted flat tracks
- Simon Doull: Did not give a direct answer & only considered possibilities.
- Babar Azam: Wanted turning tracks
- M Wasim: Babar wanted turning tracks
Since there are conflicting reports, Babar is innocent until proven guilty.
@Nomadicsoul19@HaiderHasa@I_Engr56 I thought it was innocent until proven guilty. Btw Ramiz himself just today said Babar wanted slow and turning tracks.
@TaimoorQaisar12@uroojmumtazkhan It is always innocent until proven guilty. Not the other way around. She only made a claim but did not provide any evidence.
Now we have the 4th piece of evidence from Ramiz Raja, the former PCB Chairman, that Babar wanted turning tracks. First Babar himself, then Muhammad Wasim, then Tanveer Ahme, and now Ramiz. Babar is innocent as 4 pieces of evidence said so.
Most Centuries as Pakistan Captain:
๐ต๐ฐ - Babar Azam: 15
๐ต๐ฐ - Inzamam Ul Haq: 9
๐ต๐ฐ - Misbah Ul Haq: 8
๐ต๐ฐ - Azhar Ali: 6
Out of those 15 Centuries, 11 of them came against SENA. And those 11 Centuries includes full strength teams too like the 103 against SA and 196 against Aus

I have played domestic cricket and I have seen with my own eyes that the domestic coaches always directly contact the curators to make the pitches.
Once again, a third piece of evidence confirms that Babar is innocent and is not responsible for flat pitches.
@tjaudain I will always support this belief that a person is innocent until guilty. That is what our religion teaches us. That unless there is 100 percent evidence that someone is guilty and there is no conflicting evidence in the other direction, a person is deemed innocent.
@tjaudain I am not the worst. When Babar was no longer Captain, there were still flat wickets in the 1st Test against Bangladesh and the 1st Test against England. Shan was Captain then. And Muhammad Wasim, who is the chief selector, said Babar wasnโt responsible for flat pitches.
