Today’s IRGC radio broadcast (VHF Ch. 16) is **reaffirming** the closure of the Strait Of Hormuz, and tying any reopening to conditions: Israel withdraw from Lebanon + full US force withdrawal from the region, following Israeli strikes in Lebanon and postponed US-Iran talks.

Recent tentative deal lifted the US naval blockade, but physical reopening is delayed by ~80 mines, insurance issues & stranded ships. Normal flow still weeks/months away. The waterway remains highly dangerous.
