I find it especially egregious with an insurance company, which has taken my money for years. I’ve probably paid more than $10,000 in premiums, only to have them want $2,500 a year to provide nothing but peace of mind. Thanks again for listening.

@rickygervais I know you’re a dog lover so I’m hoping you can help me get some visability here. After 10 years of pet insurance, Fetch is doubling my rates (now $600 quarterly) for my dogs pet insurance. I suspect they are trying to chase me out now that I have a senior dog.

Just hoping to get the word out so people can avoid this company taking their money for years, then hosing them when the insurance is actually needed. I wish I had just saved the money. Companies shouldn’t be able to do this to loyal customers with impunity.Thanks in advance!

@bethesda My father-in-law was a huge fan of your work. He and I texted often about Starfield, he was on his second play through. He marathoned the Fallout TV series and finished this morning. He died unexpectedly today. I just wanted to thank you for the joy you brought him.

@larianstudios I love this game, but I have to fight it to play it. Game crashed close to 10 times tonight, is chugging on act 3, and takes ages to load. I wish I could get a refund because it worked better on PC. Please, give us a performance update Larian.

@larianstudios Will there be a PS5 performance patch on the horizon? I bought on PS5 after my PC copy started chugging. Unfortunately, Act 3 is running poorly. Every time I access my character card/inventory, the game freezes briefly. It also has a lot of hang ups in cutscenes and exploration.

@IGN Am I the only one having constant technical issues? Regular crashes, screen glitching, inventory disappearing, saves not working, invisible party members…

I really like the game but I have to fight with problems constantly. That doesn’t feel like a 10 to me.

@DMC_Ryan If Starfield is anything less than great, I am officially losing hope that Microsoft can put out quality exclusives other than the occasional racing sim and Gears. The first party quality disparity between Sony and Microsoft is staggering, and the gap keeps widening.

@DanStapleton I really am rooting for them…I have both consoles and I use Gamepass quite a bit. Just wish they had more things to get excited about, and less disappointing releases.

@DanStapleton I almost mentioned Forza. I recognize it’s good but it’s just not my thing unfortunately. Gears 5 was very good. I just feel they are incredibly few and far between when compared to Sony’s lineup. I also feel that Xbox has a lot more missed opportunities with middling exclusives.
